Commercial
Pilot
- Rotorcraft |
| The commercial
pilot rating is necessary for all pilots who seek employment. The
training builds on the foundation of the private in preparing students
for more advanced maneuvers typically conducted in commercial
operations.
The FAA has designated a minimum of 150 flight hours are required
before the applicant is eligible to receive the rating. Much
of this training includes cross-country flights to build experience.
Individuals with prior fixed-wing airplane time may count this time
towards the rating. The price below assumes the student has taken
the private and instrument helicopter ratings. Please contact us
if you have previous flight experience.
Actual price will vary, depending on the specific needs of
each student. If the simulator is used for flight experience,
prices will be significantly reduced. |
